just IGing today

me and Mel running around yesterday. it was such a gorgeous day. we walked the Hudson and played in every playground on the way down. we started at 116th street and ended up on 23rd street.

gratitude is the mother of all good virtues. be grateful for what you've got and you'll receive more things to be grateful for. gratitude is a blessing magnet! don't believe me? give it a shot for a week. be grateful for everything, even your packed late train (lol). you'll begin to notice your blessings and receive more. it's almost like gratitude is capable of removing your blindfold so you can finally see. trust and believe. thanks @lightweightnyc for sharing this pic.
